A. The India-Japan International Industry Promotion Association (NPO) organizes and manages the event.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Q I cannot attend this time. Are there plans for the next event or an event in Osaka?<\/div>\n
A. The event is held twice a year, usually around January and July. Plans for an event in Osaka are currently being discussed. Announcements will be made via email newsletters, the official website, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) as soon as they are finalized.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Q Is the exhibition only for Indian products?<\/div>\n

A.<\/span> The minimum order quantity varies among exhibitors, ranging from small lots to large lots. Please confirm directly with the respective exhibitor.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Q<\/span> I am worried about communicating in English during negotiations.<\/div>\r\n
A.<\/span> Some exhibitors have Japanese staff available at their booths. In addition, interpreter staff are on standby throughout the venue, so please feel free to ask for assistance.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

A.<\/span> KIRIKOM PLUS is a system that allows visitors to use their smartphones to check information about exhibited products and create a pickup list of items they are interested in.\r\n
\r\nAt the India Trend Fair (ITF), it is introduced as a visitor support tool that helps facilitate smooth business discussions across language barriers, supporting Japanese, English, and Hindi.\r\n
\r\nIn addition, the Log Memo function allows visitors to save \u201cphotos + notes\u201d for each exhibitor\u2019s booth.\r\n
\r\nVisitors can record what they saw and heard at the exhibition on the spot, and the recorded information will later be organized by AI.\r\n
\r\nThis makes it easier to review discussions after the event and share information within your company.\r\n
